The Club is located on the top floors of The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul
and is accessible only by uniquely coded elevator keys. It is a

The Club Lounge
The Club Lounge located on the 12th floor offers an atmosphere of
unsurpassed elegance and comfort with a breathtaking view of the
Bosphorus. Open daily from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. The Club Lounge
provides a warm, intimate and relaxing environment. The handsomely
decorated lounge serves five complimentary food and beverage presentations
a day, including breakfast, light snacks at lunch, afternoon tea,
cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, as well as evening cordials and desserts.
Concierge Services
The Club level private concierge is always available to assist guests
with any particular needs they may have during their stay. The Club
Concierge personally contacts each Club guest prior to their arrival
to learn their preferences and to determine if any special arrangements
should be made in advance. Club guests may contact the concierge
staff to make travel arrangements, to book theater and restaurant
reservations, to plan local itineraries and to request complimentary
packing and unpacking services
Business Services
The Club Concierge can assist with any business-related or administrative
needs including high-speed Internet access, facsimile service, photocopying
and shipping requests.
The Club Lounge features a Boardroom where business meetings can
be held as well as a fully equipped exclusive Business Center.
