Hotel Picture

The Queen Kapiolani Hotel offers one of the best locations in Waikiki. The hotel overlooks the 108 acre Kapiolani Park and world-famous Diamond Head. Just one half block from the beach, and a brief stroll from the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium and the heart of Waikiki. All guest rooms are equipped with a smoke alarm and sprinkler system and an electronic card key system. The hotel was built in 1969 and renovated in 1989. Accommodation    Rooms at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel have been newly renovated and carry out the Hawaiian Monarchy theme in their decor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have color TV. Most have private lanais. Services & Facilities Restaurants & Lounges :   The Garden Lanai Lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Peacock Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets (a la carte menus available). The Garden Lanai Bar serves cocktails. Recreation & Sports :   The hotel has a large fresh water swimming pool and sun deck. Waikiki Beach is only 1/2 block from the hotel. On the activity side there is a 24-hour lit complimentary tennis courts nearby, 3-mile jogging path (across from the hotel), golf course and driving range nearby.
